Wayne County, Michigan issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
Assistant Wayne County Executive Khalil Rahal joined with Michigan Economic Developers Associations Executive Director John Avery to present Reps. Abdullah Hammoud and Joe Tate with MEDA's Legislators of the Year awards for their work helping small businesses in Wayne County communities.
