Wayne County, Michigan issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
Election 2020 is literally right around the corner next week on November 3. Please join Wayne County Executive Warren C. Evans this Thursday, October 29 at 7 p.m. for a Facebook Live discussion where he will be joined by an excellent group of panelists from around the state to discuss what the view is from the ground on voter turnout, particularly in urban communities. Also on the agenda will be whatever last-minute efforts are underway to increase voter turnout even more, as well as other critical issues.
Although there isn't much time left, that means there is still time. If you haven't voted yet, please do so right away. Wayne County needs your voice!
