Two hearing aid dealer licenses lapsed in Wayne County during the first quarter of 2021, a 100-percent increase over the previous quarter, according to Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

LARA comprises several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
