Wayne-Westland Community School District recently issued the following announcement.
For eight weeks this summer, the district took literacy on the road to provide free literacy resources, school supplies, and a little fun with games and activities to more than 1,000 students and children in the community.
At the end of the BUSting with Learning tour, students participated in a Summer Literacy Olympics. Thank you to all the staff who had a part in this district initiative.
