Wayne-Westland Community School District recently issued the following announcement.
Early learning is a key component to the success of every child. In Michigan, children who will be five years old by December 1, 2021, can enroll in Young5s. The program is designed for students eligible for kindergarten, but requires more time to develop their emotional, social, physical, and/or cognitive skills further.
Wayne-Westland Community Schools is offering a new Young 5s option to families in several of our elementary buildings for students who are eligible for kindergarten this fall. If you are interested in enrolling your child in the Wayne-Westland Community Schools Young 5s program for the 2021-2022 school year, please complete the interest form linked below.
