Van Buren Public Schools issued the following announcement on Nov 9.
On Friday and Saturday this past weekend, our NJROTC competed in the Navy Area 3 Regional Air Rifle Championship.
All of the results are not in since it was a 2-day event but we do know that out of all the schools that participated on Friday, which was 120 Cadets, 2 of our cadets placed in fhe top 3 for the day; Ashley Wang took 2nd and Nila Hooper took 3rd. Below are pictures from the event.
