City of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Nov 18.
The Kona Chocolate Run is Sunday, November 21. This year, the route will be not be through the downtown area, but instead through the northwest quadrant of the City. You can view the new route here: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1725310
