City of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Dec 27.
The City of Plymouth is now experiencing freezing rain/sleet on top of the less than an inch of snow overnight. City Municipal Services crews have been on the road since 5:30 a.m. All of the City's Major Streets have been are continuing to be treated with a brine/salt solution. Crews are using a truck called a swap loader to accomplish the mission of snow and ice control.

Caution is advised for all drivers this morning. Roads are still slush and ice covered and it will take a little extra time to get to where you are going this morning. Remember the advice from the City of Plymouth Police Department that snow equals slow, and ice means slower.
