Wayne County issued the following announcement on April 5.
Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Brandon Xavier White-Ratliff, 26, (DOB: 02/14/1996), of Eastpointe, in connection with the fatal shooting of Lamar Addison, 30, of Detroit. The two men were acquainted.
