Wayne County issued the following announcement on April 2.
Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Johnny Joseph Yenshaw, 51, (DOB: 09/03/1970), of Detroit, in connection with the homicide of Sonya Dockery, also of Detroit. She was 33 years old at the time of her death in 1997.
