Wayne County issued the following announcement on April 4.
On March 25, 2022, Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Jordan Dow, 19, (DOB: 10/15/2002), of Ecorse, in connection with the fatal shooting of his grandmother, Lela Dow, 61, of River Rouge.
