Meet today's Women in Blue Officer of the Year nominee, Detroit Police Department Sergeant Beverly Wilson.

Sergeant Wilson attended Wayne Community College, Davenport University and graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree from Cleary University. She has integrity, strong leadership qualities, and is a trusted and committed member of the Detroit Police Department. For her dedication and service, we are proud to recognize her as a 2022 Women in Blue Officer of the Year nominee.
Women in Blue is on May 25th at MGM Grand Detroit from 8:30 am – 9:30 am with doors opening at 8am. You can purchase a ticket online and there is a special discount code for DPD and DFD first responders. Tickets can also be purchased in the DPSF Office at 1301 Third Street, Suite 547.
