Commander John Serda, with our DPD 4th Precinct, recently accompanied the Consulate of Mexico on a tour of murals within the Southwest Detroit community.
Commander Serda was joined by Roberto Nicolas with the Consulate of Mexico and Artist Elton Monroy Duran.
