Child Should Be in a Car Seat

#What2KnowWednesday: Small children should be secured in child car seats to keep them safe in the event of a collision. Michigan law mandates that a child should be in a car seat if:

The child is under 4 years old.

The child is between 4 and 8 years old but are shorter than 4'9" tall.
