CHARGED: Terrance Anderson Lewis, 20, is charged in the fatal shooting of Francisco O’Neal, 48, at a liquor store in the 19340 block of West Warren Avenue on July 11, 2022.
The defendant and the victim knew each other and had been involved in a dispute prior to the shooting.
Lewis is now charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of felon in possession, and one count of felony firearm. The charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
