Wayne County Executive Warren C. Evans and Deputy County Executive Assad I. Turfe joined Wayne County Commission Chair Alisha Bell, Mayor Mike Duggan and several other county elected officials and representatives in unveiling the official portraits honoring former Wayne County Commission Chairs Arthur Blackwell and Jewel C. Ware.
Each provided an invaluable service to Wayne County and will now have their portraits adorn the walls of the Wayne County Commission Chamber halls. Thank you to the families for sharing in this momentous monument.
