CHARGED: Quintin Dorrough, 32, has been charged with domestic violence. Dorrough was captured in a viral video, appearing to force the victim into a van on Dec. 25, 2022. Dorrough has been charged with one count of domestic violence and one count of unlawful imprisonment.
