It's important that we remember our most vulnerable population. Basic care essentials, socks, hats, gloves, and other items for winter were packaged for Detroiters experiencing homelessness. But most importantly, inside each care package is a resource card connecting the unsheltered to vital information such as housing, mental health assistance and health care. This collaborative effort was made possible through partnership with DPD's Unsheltered Population Response Team, Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, and Motor City Mitten Mission.
