Officer James Muhlbauer, a 20-year veteran of the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, and his partner, K-9 Officer Champ, were killed in the line of duty on Wednesday, Feb. 15, when a vehicle crashed into them while out on patrol.
Our deepest condolences are with the family and friends of Ofc. Mulbauer and the entire Kansas City Missouri Police Department as they mourn this tragic loss of two dedicated members of their department.
