The JLG Neighborhood Planning Study is a two-year-long community planning process that will study opportunities for neighborhoods to leverage the impact of the Greenway for Neighborhood Improvements, Connectivity & Mobility, Building Wealth, Creating Jobs & Sustaining Business, and Housing Affordability.
The Joe Louis Greenway touches over 23 Detroit neighborhoods, and the planning study is kicking off with four neighborhood area meetings around the greenway.
