Let’s get ready #Detroit!!
Where’s the talent at?! #TakePart in our first set of Open Auditions are today 10am-2pm
The General Services Department-Recreation Division in partnership with Total Access Events will host Open Auditions for consideration ONLY for Spirit Plaza Programming and other events hosted by Detroit Parks and Recreation. In order to ensure everyone is given a chance to be heard, we are hosting open auditions due to limited capacity to review all entertainment inquiries.
Please be advised:
We will register and organize talent from 10am-11:45am. If you are not present prior to 11:45am you will not be able to audition. Please make sure that you bring your music to support your auditions.
Auditions do not guarantee that you will be selected for future opportunities. There is no immediate selection following the auditions.
We are only doing open auditions prior to the season. Once the season begins, we will book talents as needed. Our talent judges will record and evaluate all talent for future review and use.
