The second case, SLU2023-00186, pertains to the address 9104 Rathbone St. The proposed use is to establish a Neighborhood Center, Non-Profit in an existing single-family dwelling in an R2 (Two-Family Residential) Zoning District. The hearing for this case will begin at 9:30 AM.
