The public is invited to the next Detroit Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) meeting on Tuesday, April 23, at 12:30 p.m. at PVS Chemicals in Detroit. Residents are invited to attend the meeting virtually.

The Detroit LEPC is a public-private partnership that supports hazardous materials reporting, promotes openness, and supports the public's right to know about hazardous materials in the community. According to the committee, "The meetings involve brief reports on any emissions issues and provide an opportunity for public comment."

Those interested in attending virtually were advised to "Please call and leave a message at (313) 400-3331 to receive a link to attend the meeting virtually."
