Wayne State University swimming and diving head coach Sean Peters has announced the addition of Julio Osuna, a diving transfer from Indianapolis, to the 2024-25 roster. Osuna competed for three seasons as a Greyhound while being named the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Diver of the Year each of the past two years.

The Warriors' third-year diving coach Jason Trout commented on the incoming senior: "I am thrilled about the addition of Julio this year. He brings a wealth of diving experience and leadership to an otherwise young diving team. Wayne State diving has a long tradition of top men's divers at both the GLIAC and Division II level and Julio is an excellent addition to that story. While we may only have Julio for a year, I believe that his impact will be a lasting one on the program."
