Reagan Justice of Canton, Michigan, has been named the GLIAC Female Cross Country Athlete of the Week for the first week of the 2024 season, as announced by the league on Monday afternoon.

Justice secured this accolade following her performance at the Northwood Invitational on Saturday. She was the first to cross the finish line, contributing significantly to Wayne State University's women's cross country team's victory. Justice completed the race with a time of 17:48.60 and a pace of 5:44.

This achievement marks Justice's fourth consecutive season starting with a win while representing Wayne State University. It also stands as her tenth top-ten finish and fifth top-three placement in her collegiate career. The senior, who was named Team MVP in 2023, aims to maintain her successful streak at the upcoming Warrior Challenge in New Boston, Michigan, scheduled for September 13 at Willow Metro Park.
