Wayne State University runner Reagan Justice, hailing from Canton, Michigan, has been honored by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as the M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week for women's Division II. This recognition follows her first-place finish at the Warrior Invitational on September 13. Notably, this marks the first time a Wayne State female student-athlete has received this honor.

Justice, a senior, has consistently garnered accolades throughout her career. She has been selected as an All-GLIAC runner in each of her three completed seasons and was named All-Region in 2023. Additionally, she has earned the GLIAC Athlete of the Week title five times in her career, with the most recent award on September 9 of this year.

Head Coach Grant Lofdahl expressed his pride in Justice's achievements: "This is a great honor for Reagan, and she has worked extremely hard to get to where she's at right now. To go from being all-conference level to all-American level, you have to do crazy things like run 80-mile weeks and start races faster than you ever tried to before. She is willing to do whatever it takes, and winning the Warrior Challenge by over 200 meters and setting a home-course PR (on a very warm and humid day) shows how far she has come. National Athlete of the Week was well-earned and deserved!"
