Wayne State men’s tennis heads to Chargers Fall Invitational

The Wayne State University men's tennis team is set to compete in the Chargers Fall Invitational in Hillsdale, Michigan. The event will take place on Saturday, September 5, and is hosted by Hillsdale College at the Mary Jane Delp Tennis Courts. Participating teams include Purdue Northwest and host Hillsdale.

Wayne State's team recently delivered a strong performance at the ITA Regional Championships, achieving an 18-6 record in singles and a 6-4 record in doubles. Cedric Drenth reached the draw A singles final but was defeated. In doubles, George Day and Cedric Drenth also made it to the draw A finals before being overcome by their opponents. The Warriors aim to maintain their competitive form this weekend.
