Two swimmers and two divers from Wayne State University's women's swimming and diving team are set to compete at the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving National Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana. The event will take place from March 11 to March 15 at the Indiana University Natatorium.

The committee has selected graduate students Barbara Munoz and Alli Vassilakos for the swimming events. Munoz, hailing from Yumbo, Colombia, is seeded third in the 200 fly with a time of 1:59.04. She also holds seeds in the 1000 free (8th), 1650 free (12th), and 400 IM (15th). Vassilakos, from Clarkston, Michigan, is seeded sixth in the 1650 free with a time of 16:40.06. She also has seeds in the 1000 free (10th), 500 free (28th), and 200 free (46th).

Sophomore Wen Wadsworth-Curcuru from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and freshman Alicia Viaches from East Lansing, Michigan, will participate in the NCAA Diving prequalifications on March 11. They will perform six dives on each board, with the top eight divers automatically qualifying for the championships. Twenty-two divers are set to compete on each board.

Additionally, junior Elly Belmore and freshman Emily Hedley will represent WSU as relay swimmers. The quartet of Munoz, Hedley, Belmore, and Vassilakos will compete in the 800 free relay with a seed time ranked 13th nationally at 7:27.61.
