On Tuesday, March 25, former Canton High School standout Omar Suleiman’s current collegiate team the Lake Superior State Lakers lost 98-85 against the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ford Center, this was the first game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots during the championship.

Omar Suleiman’s hometown is Canton and game position is forward.
