On Friday, Jan. 31, former Canton High School standout Ella Fournier’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Converse Valkyries.

The game took place at Tyger River Park. This was their first matchup against the Valkyries this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 31 at 1:10 p.m. at Tyger River Park against Lynn Fighting Knights.
