On Saturday, March 8, former Churchill High School standout Ryan Kennell’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, March 8, former Churchill High School standout Ryan Kennell’s current college team, the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Youngstown State Penguins.

The game took place at John Henry Moss Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Penguins this season.

The Runnin' Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at John Henry Moss Stadium against Youngstown State Penguins.
