The Wayne State University men's swimming and diving team has recognized 15 of its members as Academic All-GLIAC honorees for the 2024-25 season. This achievement raises the total number of awardees to 95 over the past six seasons.
To qualify, student-athletes must be active members on the roster at the end of the season and not be freshmen or first-year transfer students. The team is divided into two categories based on their GPA: All-Academic Excellence Team (3.5-4.0 GPA) and All-Academic Team (3.0-3.49 GPA).
Members of the All-Academic Excellence Team include Harrison Arnold, Khalil Ben Ajmia, Joey Dombkowski, Lucas Harding, Trevor Jones, Ryan Kruger, John Martin, Joe O'Neal, Zach Pauley, and Nicholas Slater. Among them, Joey Dombkowski and Lucas Harding have been recognized for three consecutive seasons.
The All-Academic Team features Alex Duhaime, Muhammed Eliwat, Matt Hernandez, Clayton Kinnard, and Mitchell McMath. Notably, Clayton Kinnard has earned this distinction for three straight years.
Additionally, Harrison Arnold, Khalil Ben Ajmia, Trevor Jones, and John Martin were named CSC Academic All-District. Trevor Jones also received his second GLIAC Commissioner's Award and became a three-time CSC Academic All-American.
