Wayne State swim and dive programs reveal schedule for upcoming season

The Wayne State University swimming and diving teams, led by head coach Sean Peters, have announced their schedule for the 2025-26 season. The campaign will commence with the Davenport Invitational from October 10 to 11, followed by the Clarion Diving Invitational on October 11 and 12.

The teams are set to travel to Marquette, Michigan, to compete against Northern Michigan University and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay on November 7 and 8. They will then participate in the Oakland Invitational from December 3 to 6 to close out the year.

In January 2026, Wayne State will start off at Calvin University in Grand Rapids on January 9 at 3:00 PM. The following day, they will host Grand Valley State at home in Detroit for their home opener at 1:00 PM. The team is scheduled to visit Findlay on January 17 at 1:00 PM and will host Davenport for their final home meet on January 23. The regular season concludes with a meet at Oakland on January 24.

Postseason events include the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference (GLIAC) Championships from February 6 to February 9 at the Holland Community Aquatic Center in Holland, Michigan. The NCAA Championships are scheduled for March 10 to March 14 in Evansville, Indiana, at the USI Aquatic Center.
