City of Livonia issued the following announcement on Sept 13.
Building upon the work done with the adoption of the LIVONIA VISION 21 Master Plan, the City is excited to announce the first major step towards implementation of the Plan. After months of hard work, the LIVONIA VISION 21 Zoning Ordinance and LIVONIA VISION 21 Zoning Map have been adopted. The updates made to the zoning ordinance and corresponding zoning map are designed to replace outdated codes and encourage the implementation of the goals and objectives laid out in the LIVONIA VISION 21 Master Plan.
