Our Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) monitoring License Plate Readers alerted officers to a stolen car near 7 Mile and Gratiot. Officers then made a traffic stop to investigate and arrested the driver for possession of a stolen vehicle.
This is a great example of the ongoing collaboration between our CIU and officers, which helped to recover a Detroiter's stolen vehicle! #OneDetroit
