Today we remember Police Officer Scott Larkins, who was shot in the line of duty on Nov. 5, 1978, and died on March 9, 2008, due to injuries sustained.
Ofc. Larkins served with the Detroit Police Department for 11 years. We will never forget his ultimate sacrifice. #OneDetroit
