Today we celebrated our colleague Art Phillips, who's retiring after 18 years in the Franklin County Treasurer's Office and 36 years in government. And we did it Art Style, wearing baseball caps and holding coffee mugs! Best wishes from all of us, Art, and thank you for your service to the people of Franklin County. "Continuous Improvement...
